Policy

We take on design projects on a “pay” basis. For smaller projects, full payment is required for work to begin. For larger projects ($1000.00 or more), we will discuss a deposit that is to be paid, and will reduce your final bill. In these cases, payment may be made in installments, however, the product will not be delivered until the payment has been completed and paid in full. Please contact me for details.

We will work for you and make changes as needed to your final design. We want you to be fully satisfied with all work that is contracted through Green T Design.

Payment for services shall be delivered via Paypal. Payment is due immediately. If you do not complete your purchase, you will not be added to my queue. If you need another form of payment please contact me and we will make other arrangements. No work will begin until payment has been received.

All purchases are final, We do not offer refunds.

When creating your designs, We reserve the right to use royalty free art and/or licensed art. If you wish to utilize a specific image, please contact us so that we can adjust your logo or design price accordingly.

If you send us an image to use you acknowledge that you own the art work or you have permission to use the image.

We retain the right to use all final designs in our portfolio and for marketing purposes. (This is a benefit to you as it’s free advertising!)

Design time frames are dictated from the time of purchase until you receive your first proof. Each individual change request will add at least one additional day to your expected delivery date. Most semi-custom logo design proofs are completed and delivered in 14 days. If you would like to purchase a rush service, please contact us.
