Once you receive and pay your invoice, you will receive an email containing a design questionnaire. Take this opportunity to share all of your ideas, your vision board (Pinterest works well), color schemes, similar logos, and any other helpful information.

Based upon the information that you include in your questionnaire, we will create a minimum of 3 design concepts. This process usually takes 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS (that's Monday through Friday). Your timelines will depend upon the complexity of your concept and the amount of items we are creating. We will communicate an estimated timeline before you pay your deposit. If rush or express services are needed, please contact us. We will include the extra charge on your invoice.

Once preliminary designs are completed, your concepts will be emailed for approval. At this point, you can either select your logo or request changes. If you request changes, please allow and additional 3-5 business days for completion. You are allowed up to 4 revisions.

Once your completed design is delivered to you, you're all set!
