What Type of payments do you accept?
We invoice via PayPal, so you are welcome to pay via your paypal account, credit card or debit card. Once payment is received you will be added to the queue.
How long does the design process take?
The design timeframe varies depending on the size of the project.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately we do not offer full refunds.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order after you have been placed in the queue, I will refund your payment minus a 10% placement fee that covers your place in line.
What if I get my concepts and I do not like the design even if they are what I asked for?
Unfortunately, we can only design based upon the information you give me. While we do offer unlimited revisions to your designs, this does not cover the cost of a new design. If you wish to go in a completely different direction, please contact us for pricing, as new concepts are not covered in your revisions.
If I love my design and want to increase my package, how does that work?
We can do that! I would just need to invoice you for the additional services prior to delivery of your product.
How is my design delivered?
Once you approve your final design, I will email you the high resolution files for both online and print.
